Khammam MP Ramasahayam Raghuram Reddy has asked the relevant officials to ensure that the ongoing modernization work at Khammam Railway Station is completed in a rapid manner.
He examined advances in ongoing civil engineering to install new escalators at the railway station on Tuesday along with other modernization projects.
He hopes that the ongoing reconstruction will be completed at the earliest, upgrading the facilities without delay and improving passenger amenities.
Main works under the reconstruction project of Khammam Railway Station include improved station building facades, air-conditioned waiting rooms and other modern passenger facilities.
