Kristi Noem faces the ultimate humiliation after receiving an honors degree in South Dakota on Saturday.

Saxena has been the target of Noem and her department for weeks. The department insists she should revoke her student visa because in 2021 she was convicted of misdemeanor for not moving away for failing to flash yellow lights.
Her student visa is scheduled to expire in 2027, meaning she will have to leave the country unless she obtains a work visa related to her field.
Saxena sued Noem for a restrictive order, deeming that she declared a misdemeanor charge before applying for her next visa, which was not a “devourable offence.”

On the other end of the state, Priya Saxena, a woman from India who has been deporting, received her PhD in Chemistry and Bioengineering and Master’s degree on the stage in South Dakota in Rapid City.
The lawsuit also noted that she “had not been involved in any political activities, participated in any demonstrations and made no representations about the controversial public affairs.”
The judge supported Saxena next to Saxena earlier this month, banning the government from taking any action on the termination of visas until a May 13 hearing, which gave Saxina a degree she had worked hard for five years.
