KSUM at the “Ente Keralam” Expo

Kerala Entrepreneurship Mission (KSUM) was held at the Alappuzha Beach as part of the fourth anniversary celebration of the Left Democratic Government at the “Ente Keralam” Expo, showing a vivid image of the transformative impact of futurist technologies including artificial intelligence.
The pavilion highlights the strength of Kerala’s startup ecosystem in leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and machine learning to develop a variety of innovative products and solutions.
The theme of Ksum Pavilion is “AI for Civilians”. KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika said the pavilion brings the potential for change for futuristic technology to visitors and how startups in Kerala use them to create impact solutions that touch everyday life.
Demonstrated a range of products and solutions based on technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR), 3D printing, drones, robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT). The exhibition includes voice commands, voice-enabled taxi booking, next-generation word analysis, AR/VR goggles, robot dogs called Dogbot, robots that hold classes for children, mini boats, IoT-based systems to support agriculture and gardening, AI comics and facial recognition systems. The pavilion attracted many tourists.
Earlier, the KSUM stall won the first prize in the Best Pavilion category at the “Ente Keralam” exhibition held in Idukki and Kottayam.
“Ente Keralam” Trade Fair has 200 air-conditioning services and commercial stalls. It includes displays of state government services and programs, food festivals, film screenings, themed booths, children’s play areas, seminars, dog shows, tourism exhibitions, visual displays about the Ministry of Public Relations and the Agricultural Expo.
Entering the fair is free. It is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the fair will end on May 12.
