KTR HAILS NHRC report on human rights violations by Lagra

The working chair of KT Rama Rao thanked the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) for the report highlighting the serious violation of human rights in the Kodyand village of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy during the land acquisition process of Pharma cluster/village apheraper of Pharma Acleisition for Pharma Aceisition for Pharma cluster/village aphraper of the land.
Rama Rao said in a statement Monday that the NHRC report exposed or reiterated what the BRS had been saying in the Lagcherla incident – Congressional government and police carried out high action on tribal farmers and women in Lagcherla. He hopes the NHRC report will warn everyone who believes that those in power are absolutely beyond the law. “The government comes and goes, but the abuse of power will not be tolerated. This is the first step for all the tribal siblings fighting the Revanth Reddy government.”
He congratulated everyone and reiterated the dedication of BRS. He asked Mr. Revanth Reddy to unconditionally apologize to the farmers in Lagcherla, who was not only the Chief Minister but also the Home Minister in Telangana.
