The stand-up artist shared a satirical “step-by-step guide” in the latest post on X’s post about how to “kill” the artist “democracy” which seems to reflect the consequences of his controversial joke on Eknath Shinde.
The annotation marks a different level of “angry”, and according to Kamra, the brand starts from artists to brands sending call notifications to audiences as it is part of the art form.
The artist refers to reports that Mumbai police allegedly sent a call notification to the audience, who visited his program “Naya Bharat” to inquire.
The notes say: “How to Kill an Artist: Step by Step Guide… 1) Anger is enough to get brands to stop commissioning their work. 2) More anger. Until private and corporate performances become exhausted. 3) Angry rage.
It read further: “Now, artists have only two choices: sell their souls and become a puppet for a dollar or a silent puppet. It’s not just a script, but a political weapon. A machine of silence.”
The latest satirical post comes after the talk show artist arrives at Jibe at Mumbai Police in Dadar.
Kunal Kamra claimed in his “X” post that police officers have not lived in the past 10 years, a waste of time and “public resources”.

Earlier, he made controversial remarks over the debate by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, filed three cases against Kunal Kamra of the Kar Police Department.
One of the complaints was filed by the mayor of Jargon City, while two others were from Mumbai police, a hotelier and a businessman from Nashik.

Earlier, the Madras High Court granted interim expected bail on March 28, with Kunal Kamra bringing multiple FIRs. Justice Sunder Mohan ordered temporary expected bail until April 7.
Kunal Kamra has sought expected bail with the Madras High Court and claims he has been under many threats after his recent sarcastic comments.
