Pakistan said after vowing “Operation sindoor” that “will not be answered”

The Director General of Inter-Professional Public Relations (ISPR) in Pakistan responded to India's strike “Operation Sindor”, starting with the call India's response to the Pahargam terrorist attacks “a temporary enjoyment” while further adding that “will be replaced by lasting grief”.

“Temporary Pleasure”: After Pakistan vowed “sindoor”, it said:

India launched Operation Sindor in the early hours of Wednesday, with precise strikes against Pakistan's terrorist camps and Pakistan's occupation of Jamu and Kashmir (POJK). The Director General of Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) in Pakistan responded to India's strike, first calling India's response to the Pahargam terrorist attacks “a temporary pleasure” while further adding that “will be replaced by lasting grief”. The official statement of ISPR further reads: “Pakistan will respond at the time and place of choice” and DG added that referring to India's strike, “will not be pending”.

ISPR's statement is further read. It added: “Pakistan will respond to this at the time and place of its choice. It will not receive any response. The temporary pleasure of India will be replaced by lasting sorrow.”

The strike was a quick and “appropriate” response from the Indian army. In an article on X, the General Administration of Public Information (ADG PI) published: “Pakistan again violated the ceasefire agreement by firing cannons in Bhimber Gali in the Poonch-Rajouri region. The Indian army responded appropriately in a calibrated manner.”

The artillery fire from the border occurred hours after India launched a series of precise strikes, targeting nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jamu and Kashmir (POJK). The official statement of the Defense Minister said: “The Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor, which has cracked down on terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, and Pakistan occupied Jamu and Kashmir. There are nine (9) sites in total.
