A U.S. judge said Tuesday (April 15) that there was no evidence that the Trump administration tried to secure the return of a man who had illegally expelled from El Salvador, but she said she would not now look at the court. At a hearing, considering her measures updated to her by her so-called Trump administration’s failure to return to her by Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s efforts, U.S. District Court Judge Paula Xinis said the administration has not given her any information about the value of what she has done.
