Alberta leader Danielle Smith threatened to separate, just like the Quebec separatists, if their province needs were not met. Prime Minister Mark Carney has a national responsibility to protect the rights of indigenous peoples. These Canadians have suffered generational discrimination and work to protect the environment. Separatist groups will cause great and terrible damage to the wealth that self-entered. Schools need education about the consequences of disruptive actions.

(Separation will certainly be much better than most people expect)

Be skeptical

Please tell Jason Kenney to wake up and smell the roses. Mark Carney has been a climate activist all his life. He has said he will not terminate the C-69 bill or emission limit. He has no chance to promote oil and gas interests.

Wrong tone

I really hope Prime Minister Smith can lower her indignation, confrontational approach in the federal government. It doesn’t add value, it just helps divide and alienate. We held a free, fair election and now let’s move forward with a canned attitude. Let’s face it, Stephen Harper has not been Alberta’s game changer for a decade as prime minister. Trudeau, of course, tried to balance environmental issues with economic growth in the oil and gas sector. However, his administration did release the transmount pipeline, increasing GDP in the country and Alberta.

Two countries, two choices

There have been two democratic elections in the past six months, and one election has been held in the United States. Voters in one country make wise decisions, while others don’t have that many. The end result is that one country is gradually becoming great, and another country has a group of separatist people who do not want to be citizens of that country to decide its greatness. Democracy can be a good thing when people think about things – when they don’t, democracy won’t be that much.

(The Carney administration’s concern is that all the problems that have put Canada on a devastating economic path with liberals over the past decade will continue)
