LinkedIn’s list of top midsize companies in India for 2025

LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, has now unveiled the list of the top midsize companies in India in 2025, with 15 companies with less than 5,000 employees in India and at least 250 employees in India where professionals can build and grow their careers. Based on the activities of millions of professionals on the platform, the list provides insights on demand skills, top positions, and the largest job functions in these companies, helping job seekers find their next opportunity.
The list, derived from LinkedIn data from eight pillars, includes the ability to improve skill growth, external opportunities and corporate affinity, highlights organizations that are investing in talent and actively hiring competitive job markets.
Khaitan & Co (#1) leads this year’s roster, followed by MakemyTrip (#2) and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (#3), reflecting the strength of the legal and travel sectors in creating career opportunities in India. They are hiring roles such as attorneys, legal assistants, account managers and business development managers, and there is a strong demand for skills such as constitutional law, travel management and income analysis. Most recruitment is concentrated in Mumbai, Gurugram and Delhi-NCR.

Talent, Bengaluru is hiring software testing and AI applications, Hyderabad is building demand in pharmaceutical, semiconductor and media operations, where these professionals mix domain knowledge, technical expertise and strong communication and problem-solving skills, with cutting capabilities in these areas going to land among members of these mid-sized companies.”
The list shows that mid-sized companies are offering career opportunities in specific areas such as drug discovery, healthcare technology and consumer retail. Aragen Life Sciences (#4) employs professionals with skills in genetic engineering and drug manufacturing, while Tricog Health (#7) focuses on roles that require expertise in biomedical engineering and public health. NYKAA (#5) is creating opportunities for retail, beauty and concept art, including roles such as beauty consultants, brand managers and store managers.
Companies like Sasken Technologies (#9) and Moschip (#13) are helping to build engineering and design careers, according to the LinkedIn list. They are hiring design engineers, embedded software engineers and systems engineers, with growing demand for skills in signal processing, electronic control systems and mobile application development.
Other companies on the list include companies engaged in public relations, educational technology, nonprofit services and family services. AdFactors PR (#8), Pradan (#10), Excelsoft Technologies (#11), and Urban Company (#12) are hiring roles such as Account Manager, Software Engineer, Development Expert and Business Development Partner. These companies are hiring talents for corporate communication, active learning, public policy and beauty skills.

To qualify for the LinkedIn top companies’ mid-size 2025 list, companies must obtain headquarters in the list that appears in the country, but as of December 31, 2024, the country has less than 5,000 employees worldwide, with at least 250. The loss rate must not exceed 10% of more than 10% to be higher than the methodological time of LinkedIn data. The methodological time range is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. This analysis represents the world seen through the lens of LinkedIn data derived from anonymous and aggregated profile information of LinkedIn members around the world.
