Miss Pakistan exit deadline, blocked at Atari-Waga border

New Delhi:Officials in Amritsar said the deadline for leaving India on Thursday expired.
Officials said customs and immigration authorities did not allow Pakistani nationals to enter the ICP to travel further to Pakistan.
They further said that Pakistan also closed its borders. As a result, many Indian nationals waiting to cross are trapped on the side of Pakistan.
Pakistani national Suraj Kumar met his aunt in Indore in India and said he could not reach the Attari border by April 30 and crossed Pakistan.
He said he did not know that April 30 was the last day to leave the country.
Another Pakistani national, Rajesh, along with his 15 family members, also failed to reach the Attari border in time on a visa to visit Haridwar on a 30-day visa.
The government has been killed by terrorists on April 22 in Pakistani Connect in Pahalgam, Kashmir, and most of them tourists, with Pakistani nationals sending a “leave India” notice.
The deadline for people with SAARC visas to leave India is April 26. For those carrying medical visas, the deadline is April 29.
The deadline for other 12 visas is April 27. These are visas and visas for business, movies, journalists, transits, conferences, mountaineering, students, tourists, group tourists, pilgrims and group pilgrims.
After the deadline expires, no one in Pakistan or India can cross each other’s countries.
When the gate was closed, a long team with the Pakistan National Team was seen outside the Integrated Checkpoint (ICP).
