London’s “spy cell” accused of violence in alleged Iran-backed plot

Iranian nationals – Mostafa Sepahvand, 39, of St. John Wood; Farhad Javadi Manesh, 44, of Kensal Rise; Shapoor Qalehali Khani Noori, of Ealing, was arrested in London on Saturday, May 3, under Article 27 of the National Security Act 2023.
