The government has announced an extension of the final date to pay for the layout of the Regularization Program (LRS) with a rebate of 25% until April 30, 2025.
Chief Secretary M. Dana Kishore also clarified in the order posted on Wednesday that applicants who pay the regularization fee on or before March 31, 2025 will be entitled to receive a 25% rebate in accordance with the above regularization fee and the Pro-Rata open space fee.
Applicants can choose to pay the Pro-Rata open space fee when obtaining a building permit.
However, if the fee is not paid or before March 31, 2025, the proposed 25% rebate will not apply to such payments.
