Actresses face legal troubles in Saif Ali Khan 2012 Raid

The incident allegedly took place on February 22, 2012, and Malaika Arora was part of the group that had dinner with the Khan.

The Mumbai Court issued bail for actor Malaika Arora after failing to serve as a witness in the case in 2012 in 2012, Saif Ali Khan of the five-star hotel here, was issued with witnesses in the case with actor Malaika Arora.

The court issued bail for the first time on February 15. The arrest warrant was reissued on Monday (April 7, 2025) because she did not appear in court. This matter will be heard on April 29, 2025. SaifAli Khan and two other defendants were arrested after a complaint filed by businessman IQBAL MIR SHARMA. The three were later released on bail.

The actor, accompanied by his wife Kareena Kapoor, her sister Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and some male friends, was in the middle of a fight.

According to police, Saif allegedly threatened the actors and their friends, and then slammed the sharma into the nose and broke it. The NRI businessman also accused Saif and his friend of assaulting his father-in-law, Raman Patel.

On the other hand, Saif claimed that Sharma made provocative remarks and abused the women accompanying him in abusive language, which led to the uproar. Saif and his two friends – Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi – charge under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code (Assault).
