MacRotech developer accuses Abhinandan Lodha of home forged
The company claims that three years ago, certain entities (Hoabls) associated with Abhinandan Lodha House had forged board resolutions and signatures and identity documents from one of the Macrotech directors. Macrotech claims in a stock exchange statement that the documents were subsequently used to rename the Hoabl Company Varpan Land Developers Pvt. Limited, as Lodha Landbuild infrastructure Pvt Ltd. MacRotech claims this infringement of its trademark.
Goa Project
The renamed entity then sold at least one property project in Goa between September 2022 and April 2023, when it renamed it a second time to Hoabl Landbuild Pvt. Co., Ltd., a large-scale technology. “This is a clear case of forgery, fraud and imitation with the aim of cheating and deception,” Macrotech said.
Hobb denied the allegations. A spokesperson said: “We are investigating the matter internally and should be restored with our detailed response. It is sufficient to show that Abhinandan Lodha’s house does not admit that any allegations of fraud and forgery are attributed to us.”

The outbreak shows that despite mother’s intervention and ongoing mediation, the Lodda siblings continue to capture the brand. Hoabl is owned by Abhinandan Lodha, the younger brother of Macrotech managing director and CEO Abhishek Lodha. The two brothers openly argued about the inheritance and use of the Loda name.
“Fake resolution”
“The totally forged resolutions about entities and individuals that have created Macrotech Developers Limited (“Lodha”) including false letterheads, false corporate stamps, false board meeting dates and content we never approved, is a sign of error for our independent directors who have nothing to do with his actual signature,” Macrotech said.
On February 27, Manju Lodha’s mother publicly urged her two sons to bury the axe. The two brothers also mediate the inheritance of former Supreme Court Justice RV Raveendran. It is not clear whether the mediation process will be affected by these allegations. Two spokespersons against the camp did not comment.

This year, Macrotech, which owns the Lodha trademark, has brought disputes to the surface. A series of allegations and counter-arguments followed, and under the family agreement, Abhinandan Lodha accused Abhishek of failing to pay dues.
Macrotech’s allegations
Lodha Group claims that a document dated July 24, 2022, said to be a board resolution of the company’s letter head, approved the formation of four new companies – the Lodha Landbuild infrastructure PVT. Lodha Bhoomi Nirman Pvt Ltd. Lodha Land Design Instra Pvt. Ltd and Lodha Pictorials Landinfra Pvt. Limited
The “Resolution” allows these companies to use the Lodha trademark and can be registered at the ROC Central Registration Center in Manesar, Haryana. The resolution was signed by Ashwani Kumar, independent director of Macrotech’s board of directors, and former chairman and managing director (CMD) of Dena Bank. However, the signature doesn’t match Kumar’s real logo, the real estate agent said.

In addition, on August 3, 2022, Ashwinder Matharu, head of operational, strategy and investments with Hoabl, allegedly filed an application with ROC to change the name of “Varpan Land Developers Pvt Ltd.”
The application comes with a copy of Ashwani Kumar’s Permanent Account Number (PAN) card. However, Lodha Group said that this PAN card does not match Kumar’s original file.
‘conspiracy’
“We are shocked by the extent of the conspiracy and how the government system has been abused,” Lodda Group said in a statement.
After ROC’s approval for a name change, the company allegedly promoted a project in Goa using the new name. The company’s name was subsequently changed to Hoabl Landbuild Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd in April 2023. MacRotech claims this is to “make sure that abuse of the Lodha name will pass undiscovered”.
When contacted, a large technology spokesperson said the company had learned about so-called forgery and imitation over the past week.

After detailed inspection and verification of relevant documents, the Board of Directors convened a meeting today to review the facts. It is now obvious to the company that the matter involves a clear statement and an unauthorized case of using its name and identity. The lawsuit was filed by the company, and was filed by the company’s “Brothers” (Indrand od Hardy) – is a case, a legacy. “External misrepresentation will take all actions to protect its interests,” the spokesperson said.
