Madhya Pradesh HC Order FIR on Qureshi Troll

Bhopal: Targeting controversial remarks by Madhya Pradesh Minister of Tribal Affairs Vijay Shah, the FIR against BJP leaders, aimed at Sofia Qureshi, Madhya Pradesh High Court in Jabalpur.
The minister sparked controversy at an event held in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh Indore district on May 12, saying the terrorists killed Hindus in Jamu and Pahalgam in Kashmir and made their widows. Prime Minister Narendra Modi taught a lesson to terrorists by “using his own sister” (apparently referring to Colonel Qureshi, who briefly introduced the media as the Sindoor operation was in progress).
A court in the High Court, composed of Justice Atul Shridharan and Anuradha Shukla, ordered the Chief of Police of Madhya Pradesh to file the FIR against the minister by 6 p.m. Wednesday. The judge also issued an instruction to inform the court of the registration of the FIR.
The bench said that if no FIR was filed against Shah at the aforementioned time, the DGP temp would be viewed as court. The court amended the next trial date for the case on May 15.
Prima Facie, from Shah’s statement, filed a case against him under the leadership of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The court ordered the reservation of the Minister under Article 152 (to criminalize any act that endangers India’s sovereignty, solidarity and integrity), 196 (1) (b) (hatred among groups based on religion, race, language, etc.) and 197 (1) (c) (C) (to make a group of people unable to be faithful to India’s religious beliefs.
Sources of the BJP ruling said here that the development could put Shah in trouble.
His remarks have attracted widespread condemnation from all sides, and Congress demanded that he fire the ministry.
After being severely condemned, Shah said on Wednesday that he was ready to apologize for his remarks 10 times and that he “respected Colonel Qureshi more than his sister”.
Nevertheless, the opposition Congress launched a statewide stir on Wednesday, demanding that Shah evacuate from the ministry. Some congressional leaders saw nameplates in their formal residences here.
In another development, a MP for Indore Municipal Corporation and Congress leader Jasaswi Patidar announced that 51,000 rewards were awarded as it reduced the minister’s face in the face of “making insulting comments on women”.
Patidar said Colonel Qureshi’s three generations have been providing security to our country and she became part of the Sindoor operation by briefing her media.
