Malaika Arora issued a warning from court in 2012 involving Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor

The court has issued a bail order against the actor and directed her to appear in court on April 29. But when Ms. Arora skipped the appearance, Chief Justice Magistrate KS Zanwar said on Tuesday that advocates representing Ms. Arora attended the court.
It was noted that actor Malaika Arora “deliberately” avoided legal proceedings because they did not act as witnesses in a hotel brawl involving co-star Saif Ali Khan in 2012, a court in Mumbai granted her a last chance and warned of issuing an unguaranteed warrant. The court was angry a few days after the bail order was issued against Ms. Arora, after she failed to appear on April 29.
The court said Ms. Arora “deliberately” avoided court proceedings despite knowing the subpoena to her. Ms. Arora was part of a group of diners who accompanied Khan at a five-star hotel on February 22, 2012, when the incident occurred.

“Despite knowledge, she (Arora) is still trying to avoid a court intentional lawsuit,” the court said. While granting the actor a last chance, the court released the matter on July 9 and announced further trials on July 9, saying that if Ms. Arora fails to attend the day, a warrant of non-bail will be issued.
The court issued bail rights for the first time against Ms. Arora on February 15. The warrant was reissued on April 8 because she did not show up.
Saif Ali Khan and two other defendants were arrested after a complaint filed by NRI businessman Iqbal Mir Sharma. The actor is accompanied by his wife Kareena Kapoor, her sister Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and some male friends at the hotel when the fight broke out.
According to police, Mr. Khan allegedly threatened the actors and their friends while he protested against the raucous chatter of the actors and their friends, and then slammed Mr. Sharma into the nose, causing a fracture.
The NRI businessman also accused Mr. Khan and his friend of assaulting his father-in-law Raman Patel.
On the other hand, Mr Khan claimed that Sharma made provocative remarks and abused the women accompanying him with abuse, which led to the commotion.
Mr. Khan and his two friends – Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi – charge form under Article 325 (IPC) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
