CM Revanth stayed for a few minutes

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was trapped in an elevator for a few minutes at a star hotel in Shamshabad on Tuesday when it was overloaded by people. According to Shamshabad ACP K. Srinivasa Rao, the incident occurred when the Chief Minister attended the event at the Novetel Hotel.

The lift capacity is eight people. However, 13 people entered the elevator to accompany the Chief Minister.

The overload triggered an alarm, causing a brief panic. The police immediately reminded the hotel management. The Chief Minister was then transferred to another weightlifting.

The ACP clarified that the CM was stuck, “The Chief Minister was not trapped. The alarm was only issued after the elevator was overweight. Within two to three minutes, he was transferred to another elevator.”
