Shine Tom Chacko appears in doubt about escape during drug raid

Kochi: Malayalam film actor Shine Tom Chacko appeared before police on Saturday to inquire about his escape from a hotel in an anti-drug raid. Shine and his lawyer arrived at the Ernakulam North Police Station at about 10 a.m., police sources said.
The purpose of the inquiry was to determine what the actors claimed to have escaped from the hotel during the search operation. Police issued a notice to the actor on Friday directing him to question him at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ernakulam North Police Stoilt.
The questioning was conducted by a team led by Ernakulam Central Police Assistant Commissioner (ACP). On Wednesday night, Shine escaped from his third-floor room after realizing that the police team arrived and jumped out of the second floor of the hotel restricted by Ernakulam North Police through the window. Police added that he then jumped into the pool on the same floor and escaped the stairs.
As drugs were not recovered from the hotel, cases related to the incident have not been registered. Although his family informed the police, he will arrive at 10 a.m. before Chacko appears before 10 p.m. Previously, film actor Vince Aloshyous accused Chacko of “misconduct” against her under the influence of drugs in a complaint filed in the movie room.
Although the actress also complained to the Malayalam Film Artists Association (AMMA) that Chacko allegedly suspected of misconduct in the context of the yet-released film “Soothravakyam”, she has not filed a police complaint.
