Prabhakar has no choice but to return to sue: TG Cops

Hyderabad: In a significant development in the crackdown case, the cancellation of Indian passport former SIB Chief T. Prabhakar Rao broke his hopes for a green card application in the United States, making it possible for him to deport relatively easily.

A senior police officer said the latest developments could further impact his position in the United States as a result of a red-corner notice issued against him and flashing his details in 196 countries.

Telangana police, coordinated with Interpol, are working to ensure Prabhakar Rao returns to India. The matter has escalated into diplomatic intervention by the US consulate and the Foreign Ministry.

Although I-News MD A. Shravan Kumar has been under scrutiny for the same crime, it has recently appeared in front of the police to inquire, but police revealed that his passport may have also been revoked.

The third phase of the investigation has ended and the police have collected all the evidence. ASP D. Praneet Rao, N. BhujangaRao, M. Tirputhanna and the retirement task force DCP B. Radhakishan Rao’s statements exposed serious violations of privacy and abuse of power. Defendant officials revealed that under Prabhakar’s instructions, all data from Maoists and terrorists were destroyed. Only after the destruction was confirmed did Prabakar flee from Tirupati to the United States. Police said Shravan Rao later fled Bengaluru and joined the United States.

The scene hopes Prabhakar has no choice but to return to India now. If someone with a canceled passport faces FIR in India, the situation will become more complicated. Additionally, a police officer said the recent U.S. policy on deportation will play an important role in the possibility of extradition of Prabakar.

FIR may affect an individual’s immigration status in the United States and may lead to complications of their green card or visa. Prabhakar attempts to seek aid from the U.S. government as changes in U.S. policy

The next step will be to enforce an International Arrest Warrant (IAW), which means that individuals can be arrested and detained in any country of Interpol membership.

The Indian government has the opportunity to urge the United States to take action, which could lead to diplomatic efforts to resolve the situation.

Prabhakar cannot challenge RCN by law. Police said he might be able to challenge RCN through the Interpol committee to control the CCF or to challenge the RCN only through the Indian courts.

In the current situation, Prabhakar cannot consult U.S. prosecutors for potential risks.

He has been involved in multiple crimes and, after his arrest, more and more people may seek justice.

The gravity of the case and its constitutional significance suggest that Prabakar may not be easily released on bail and can be detained for extensive custody trials.
