Meet Australian women who are paid $100,000 a year, travel the world and get drunk

An Australian company offers adventurers $100,000 a year to travel the world to find the best cure for hangovers.
Jacki Hodge, a 28-year-old solo fanatic from Wollongong, was crowned the chief hangover officer of ALC-Eze.
The company will pay Ms. Hodge $8,000 a month behind the popular anti-ceiling supplement to explore Europe and Asia and taste the world’s most brutal hangover treatments.
The menu includes eating dried beef penis in Sicily and brandy and eating sparrows in Budapest.
Ms. Hodge will also test some local myths that are believed to cure hangovers, including socks soaked in vodka in Estonia.
Strange hangover hackers and city legends will be tested in Sicily, Puerto Rico, Germany, Estonia, Thailand, Japan and Scotland.
Ms. Hodge defeated more than 2,500 applicants worldwide in search of coveted jobs.
“We’re always looking for a sense of curiosity, creativity and confusion, and Jacki delivers it in every way,” said Alc-Eze co-founder Anthony Taylor.

“She is a fearless traveler, a compelling storyteller, and someone who truly understands the task: healing the hangover naturally.”
Ms. Hodge said she was “very happy to be in this role”.
“I’ve always been passionate about discovering new culture and life hacks, and now I can do so while representing ALC-Eze and ease the hangover in the most unconventional way,” she said.
“Absolutely buzzing and start this wild journey.”
The post is advertised for including $100,000 in pro-bita wages, fully paid international travel, opportunity to attend parties, a year-long ALC-EZE supply and C-Suite titles.
If Ms. Hodge can discover a new secret ingredient that can be added to the ALC-Eze hangover treatment, there is also a $20,000 bonus.
According to ALC-Eze’s research, Australians have an average of staggering 39 hangovers per year – more than three per month.
The data also found that 36% of Australians admitted to doing their best to cure hangovers, including wild food therapy and unconventional hackers.

“We have no doubt that we have the best hangover prevention supplements on the planet,” Ms Taylor said.
“But, to ensure we stay ahead of the curve, we are always looking for ways to improve products and even fully identify new products.
“So, while the bull penis at breakfast may not be the answer, we did not hesitate to have no stone.”
Ms. Hodge will start looking for the best hangover treatments in Europe and then serve in Asia. More destinations will be revealed in the process.
