Little weird

It was a pure joy to watch Samyuktha Narayanan’s actions. Seven: Her agility, focus, timing and body control will be fully demonstrated when she performs a flying side kick with the highest accuracy or obtains a strong fist. Her quick and keen Taekwondo movements, in such a gentle era, are also why she has recently become the Guinness World Record for the youngest Taekwondo coach in the world.

“The first move I learned (taekwondo) was punching. I was three years old at that time,” Sammyksha smiled while talking to the Hyderabad Chronicle.

Recently, skills and training from Madurai, Tamil Nadu were recorded and uploaded to the Guinness World Records website.

“The seven-year-old girl became the youngest Taekwondo coach ever, aged only 7 years and 270 days! Samyuktha Narayanan is the inspiration for the same kids in Madurai, India, and encourages them to engage in sports!” – Guinness World Records wrote in an article.

All genes

Samyuktha’s parents (Shruthy and Narayanan) are kickboxing champions and run Madurai Taekwondo Academy, who runs from the first floor of the house. “My father has 34 Guinness World Records and my mother has two titles. My house shows all the certificates on the wall. I want to see my certificates with their homes,” said Samyuktha, a third-year student at Mahatma school in Madurai.

Shruthy previously used alternative elbow (211) to retain the most comprehensive elbow hit record in one minute. Narayanan, on the other hand, has multiple records, including most burning concrete blocks.

30 seconds (29) and the largest single kick (7) break.

Samyuktha has spent a lot of time in the academy since she was two years old. “I used to watch my parents keenly teach various taekwondo movements.” At that time, she once asked her father to hold the target pad for her, and she liked to swing her legs to reach out. When she was three, Samyuktha joined other trainees for exercise, running, jumping and squatting. Then, she began to train her regularly.

Prepare

Samyuktha’s journey to the Guinness World Record began shortly after she received the Black Belt from her Taekwondo headquarters in August 2024. To get the Guinness World Record, all the kickboxing poossae (including demonstrations of big chunks, fists, fists, kicks, kicks and self-deprived) have to be completed to teach others. “For my black belt training, I’ve practiced all the moves, so it’s easy. For the teaching part, I’ve seen my dad do it for many years; I just follow it.”

In fact, Samyuktha’s father told her not to expect anything and just keep trying. “He just wanted me to try it out, and I did it by strengthening my practice,” Samyuktha said.

The Guinness World Records team reviewed all of her videos and announced in November 2024 that she was the youngest Taekwondo coach in the world.

Get up early

Samyuktha woke up at 5.30 AM today and went straight to Taekwondo training, and it was school time after that. “I do cardio training, stretching and strengthening every day. I practice taekwondo every day.” By 7 p.m., the world’s youngest Taekwondo lecturer returned to the Taekwondo class and trained eight students, aged between 5 and 6 years old. “Training includes warm-ups, some exercises and teaching the basics of different kicks.”

During training, she was injured, but that didn’t hinder her goals. “When I get hurt, I give my body some rest and start training.”

Garbage or packaged food and soft drinks are strict for her. “I prefer simple family food, I like snacks made by my mother,” Samyuktha said.

Dance and trekking

Like Taekwondo, Samyukta’s dance moves are just as fast. “I love western dance and have been regularly done over the past year. I have also won some prizes for the competition. “My mother is also a Bharat Nathiam dancer,” the Taekwondo star told me Taekwondo that doesn’t watch TV. The Bose Peak in Kerala often goes to several places in Tamil Nadu.

Indian medals

Samyuktha said her goal is to compete in many national and international championships in the future. Samyuktha expressed her desire to win Olympic medals for her country, and he admitted she still has a long way to go and learn a lot.
