Hyderabad Cricket Association is involved in new controversy over Azaruddin’s position

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) is facing controversy again, this time about the demolition of the Azaruddin station at the Upper Stadium.

The HCA’s Ombudsman has issued an order to immediately delete the name of the booth. According to the Ombudsman, the decision stems from the allegations that former HCA President Mohammad Azharuddin unilaterally named the position during his tenure.

However, Azharuddin’s supporters in the HCA strongly objected to the move. They believe that it is perfectly suited to consider his outstanding career as a former captain of the Indian national cricket team and his significant contribution as an international athlete.

Azharuddin’s faction added a layer of dispute, claiming that the current HCA president is planning a evacuation stance as part of a larger plot against the former captain. This latest development further deepens the ongoing turmoil in Hyderabad cricket institutions.
