Members of Congress speak to Colonel Sofia Sorich in terrorist attacks

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Minister Vijay Shah has sparked a controversial, objectionable comment that appears to target Col Sofia Qureshi, who is trying to project it as a “terrorist sister.”

Colonel Qureshi held regular press conferences sharing details of the “Sindoor Operation” launched by Foreign Minister Vikram Misri and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh.

“Those (terrorists) erased our sisters’ sindoor (vermilion) (in the Pahargam terrorist attack). We avenge these ‘kate-pite’ people by sending their sisters to destroy them,” Shah said.

“They (terrorists) killed our Hindu brothers by undressing. Prime Minister PM Modi Ji responded that the sister (terrorists) crashed into their house on an army plane. They (terrorists) made our sister widows send our sister widows, so Modi Ji sent the community sisters to strip them and teach them a lesson.

He said: “Being revenge for our country (India), respect and the respect of our (killed) husband, by sending my sister from your (terrorist) community to Pakistan.”

When his speech drew huge criticism, the Tribal Welfare Minister clarified that his remarks should not be explained.

Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitu Patwari shared Shah’s video on X and asked if BJP agrees with the minister’s “low thinking”?

He asked Chief Minister Mohan Yadav to answer Shah’s comment.

Under Flak’s leadership, Shah clarified: “Don’t look at my speech in a different context. It’s not in the context you’re thinking. They are our sisters. They’re revenge with the army.”
