Cecily White, who represents the metropolis, told Justice Fordham: “The evidence for her allegation is that when she trained in the gym and chatted with PC Neale, she commented on her fitness program, and when she commented, PC Neale came over, and then [her] Like a trainer, they do it when they test fat with calipers…I remember him pinching me, almost mimicking the calipers.
