Vijayawada: Minority Welfare Minister NMD Farooq announced that 1,630 pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh will execute their haj starting from April 29 on April 29. Of these, 1,170 will depart from Hyderabad boarding point to Haj.
Farook said in the first phase that 236 pilgrims will leave Hyderabad for Medina from April 29 to November 11. In the second phase, 934 pilgrims will leave Hyderabad to Jeddah from May 19 to May 27.
In addition, from April 30 to May 15, Medina will head to Haj from Bangalore boarding point in Medina.
The minister stressed that the Associated Press government has taken the necessary steps to provide accommodation facilities for pilgrims who depart from Hyderabad and Bangalore to Haji, in accordance with the order of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
Farook recommends that pilgrims should be vaccinated according to the DPRK regulations before pilgrimage.
