Actor Shriram Natarajan’s family issued a statement and asked everyone to respect his need for privacy as he focused on healing and well-being.

In response, the family said in a statement: “We want to inform all people who wish to be kind, friends and media members, actor Shriram is receiving professional medical services and is currently taking a leave of absence on social media as recommended by his doctor.”
The statement further reads: “We implore everyone to respect his privacy needs as he focuses on his own recovery and well-being,” the statement continues, urging both online and offline media platforms to avoid spreading unproven updates or guessing about their health. The family strongly denies any view on the actor’s health.
“We also do not agree with any view expressed by some people in the interviews and deny the same view at all,” the statement concluded. “We thank you for your continued love, support and understanding during this time!”
