For security guards murdered in Vaniyambadi

A 30-year-old man killed a security guard Tuesday in a private school in the town of Vaniyambadi in Tirupattur on Tuesday after a former hatred. Police said the arrested person was identified as Mohammed Salim, a wage labourer from Jolarpet town. The initial investigation revealed that 35-year-old victim Mohammed Ifran married 30-year-old Nurjahan a few years ago. Nurjahan’s sister Fatima, 28, lives in Jolarpet town with her husband Salim. The sisters own about 3.5 acres of ancestral property in Vaniyambadi. Both sisters claim the entire property. Salim often argues with his brother-in-law and family on this issue. Salim went to Vaniyambadi’s private school on Monday, and the victim Ifran worked and stabbed him. Salim escaped the place as Ivran lay in the pool of blood. School authorities announced the holiday and asked parents to take back the ward from campus. According to the orders of Tirumattur SP Shreya Gupta, a special team from the Vaniyambadi town police arrived at the scene. Fingerprints are taken from crime points. The team also analyzed CCTV footage and reset to zero in on the suspect, who was arrested from Bangalore. The case has been registered. Later, Salim was placed in Sub-Jail in Tirupattur. Detection is underway.
