Rajpur: Born in Telangana-born Maoist leader Sudhir Alias Murali, who holds a bounty of Rs 2.5 lakh on his head, is one of three Naxals who met with security forces in the forests of Dantewada and Dantewada and Bijapur districts on Tuesday and under South Bastar of Chhattisgarh on Tuesday.
Sudhir’s real name is Ankeshrapu Saraiya, a resident of Taralapali village under Telangana Warangal.
He entered the Dandakaranya area in 1999.
He has worked in the Maoist departments of Gadchiroli and South Bastar in Maharashtra.
Later, he became a member of the Maoist Dandakaranya Special Regional Commission (DKZC).
He also served in the North Bastar Bun and the Maoist divisions in Bastar.
Bastar Range Inspector General P Sunderraj told the newspaper that the bodies of all three killed Maoists were recovered along with weapons and explosives at the scene of the encounter.
He said the encounter took place in the forest on the border of Dantwada and Bijapur.
According to the head of the Dantewada District police officer Gaurav Rai, under the presence of the Girasapara Forest of the Gidam Police Station in the Dantewada District, several senior Maoist leaders are composed of a joint security party in the Girasapara forest in the Dantewada District, which was formed by a joint security party, which was initiated by the Regional Reserve Guard (DRG) and the Bastar Fighters (BF) (BF) (BF) (BF) (BF) (BF).
As the current party attempts to surround them, the Security Party is attacked by Maoists, leading to a fierce encounter between them.
Mr Rai said the other two Naxals killed were Munnu Barsa and Pandru.
Police said they are members of the DSZC security team.
An INSAS assault rifle, a 303 rifle and a 12-caliber gun, as well as ammunition and explosives, were found at the meeting site.
This is the second major counter-insurgency operation in Bastall the past week.
On March 20, 30 Maoists were killed in two separate encounters in Bastall.
In the past 83 days, a total of 100 Maoists have been killed in Bastall.
It is worth noting that the Maoists’ annual tactical Counter-Occurrence Movement (TCOC) began in March until the first week of June, during which the Ultras attempted to restore its base in Bastar by targeting security forces.
