shock! Gujarat woman kills three-month-old baby by throwing him into a tank

DB Basiya, an inspector at Meghaninagar Police Department, said Karishma Baghel claimed last Saturday that her three-month-old son, Khayal, had nowhere to be found. Her husband Dialip filed a police complaint.
A 22-year-old woman was arrested for alleged murder of her baby son because she was disturbed for “continuous crying,” police said Wednesday.
DB Basiya, an inspector at Meghaninagar Police Department, said Karishma Baghel claimed last Saturday that her three-month-old son, Khayal, had nowhere to be found. Her husband Dialip filed a police complaint.
He said after searches, police found the baby’s body in the Ambikanagar area on Monday (April 7).
Basia said police later determined that the mother threw the baby into the tank. He said she was arrested Monday night.
“Since pregnancy, Karishma has been feeling emotionally and physically upset, always complaining about some health problems and telling her family that her child has cried a lot.”
The defendant made a contradictory statement, which aroused suspicion. She claimed she put her son in the room to the bathroom and found him missing after returning.
Officials added that after the baby was found in the underground tank, police investigated suspicions that someone had thrown in because the structure of the tank made it nearly impossible for the baby to get there by chance.
