Adarsh Gaurav makes his debut in horror movie T’wood

Adarsh Gaurav earned honors for his evocative performance in Maegaon’s Super Boy. Now, the white tiger actor will make a rather outrageous debut in Telugu cinema. Unlike his contemporaries who chose mainstream characters, Adarsh stood out in Telugu Cinema, a psychological horror film with sci-fi twists and turns.

The film, produced by Jahnavi, daughter of RRR producer DVV Danayya, is currently called “Birthday Uma”, is being filmed in Hyderabad.

“It’s really exciting to bring a movie like this into a Telugu cinema. I’ve been attracted to the stories that challenge conventions, Happy Birthday Uma. It’s a psychological horror movie, but essentially it’s also related to science fiction – a combination that’s rarely explored in Telugu cinema. I was fascinated when Baba told me the script. The way he weaved suspense, emotion, and science fiction into a narrative was amazing,” Adash said.

Adarsh made his debut in my name, Khan, who became the spotlight in the performance of White Tiger, who also starred in Priyanka Chopra. The actor, known for his performances at guns and guaabs and by Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, said that he had the chance to speak in his native Telugu language, which made him happiest.

“As an actor, I’ve been looking for characters that push me out of my comfort zone, and that’s what this movie is. Shooting in Hyderabad, speaking in my native language, and being part of a trial-type movie, it excites me. Telugu movies are known for their grand storytelling and innovative filmmaking.”
