Similarly, West Bengal Home Secretary Nandini Chakraborty passed an order on Tuesday (8 April 2025) that suspended the internet service of the Jangipur sub-department in Murshidabad from Tuesday (8 April 2025) to Friday (11 April 2025).
On Tuesday night, about a hundred protesters’ defenses broke out in conflict with police in the area, adjacent to the Umarpur crossing point at the Umarpur crossing.

With the prohibited order, the Janjipur area remained quiet and deserted on Wednesday morning (April 9, 2025), and police officers were regularly patrolling. Meanwhile, West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose posted the violence in Muhidabad on his social media handle Tuesday night.
The official posted a post on behalf of the governor’s special responsibility that he has directed the government to take immediate “bold action” to curb violence and submit reports.

The peace of the Shri Ram Nawami celebrations demonstrates the friendship between the people of Bangladesh and the capabilities of the government, political parties, silent parties, silent majority, media, media, media and all stakeholders.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee raised concerns in the WAQF (Amendment) bill 2025 during an event held in Kolkata on Wednesday (April 9, 2025).
“I know that minorities are uneasy about WAQF property. However, nothing will happen in Bangladesh along the division and rules policy. Everyone must live and make life in life. Please don’t be restless. Look at the situation on the Bangladesh border. Haste can lead to our problems. We are also having a hard time because since our freedom in India, we are all giving you 33% of the minority to declare your freedom. I will call on you not to do it.
