Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu paid tribute to Indian cricket legend Virat Kohli, saying his retirement from Test Cricket was the conclusion that “a great chapter in the Indian sport”.
In a social media post, Naidu praised Kohli for her lasting impact on the game and wrote: “Virat Kohli retired from Test cricket to end a remarkable chapter in Indian Sports. His passion, discipline and leadership inspired millions and brought great pride to the nation.” He also sent his best wishes to the former Indian captain and said: “My best wishes for @ImvkoHli’s next journey.”
