Naidu may visit Uravakonda soon

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu may soon visit Uravakonda in the Anantapur region. Officials said he will open the modern canal of the Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi (HNSS) project.
Chief of Police (SP) P. Jagadeesh and other officials visited Uravakonda on Monday, regional collector Vinod Kumar V. inspected the expansion of the HNSS canal near the town of Uravakonda until the Ragulapadu Pump House. Collectors and SP inspected ongoing works on the main canal bridge of HNSS in Uravakonda Town, Chinnamustur, to PC Pyapili PC PCHALBID bridge and the Ragulapadu Pump House in Vajrakarur Mandal.
Later, they checked the government high school and the village of Lata Valan where the chief minister might have spoken to the public. Collectors asked about the progress of the project, the number of water tanks provided from the canal, and other details. They also visited the proposed location in Ragulapadu.
The NDA government will focus on completing the modernization of HNSS after taking office. Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav, who represents the Uravakonda parliamentary constituency, has been constantly reviewing the completion of the project and has earlier announced that the work will be completed on June 10.
