Nallamalla announces coverage of 2.1 million acres of farmers, spending Rs 12,600 crore on its 600,000 acres: Bhatti

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu announced that the Congressional government is turning its long-standing slogan into enforceable laws against tribes, and Indira Soura Jala Vikasam (Indira Solar Tribal Development Program) is a revolutionary step. He spoke on Monday at the launch of the Indira Soura Giri Jala Vikasam program in Macharam Village, Mahabubnagar.

Mr. Vikramarka called the launch of the program a “golden moment in Indian history” and said the program reflects the spirit of the “diamond heart” of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. The Congressional government, under his leadership, did turn slogans like “Jal, Jungle, Zameen, Bhoomi Kosam, Bhukti Kosam Poratam” into reality. For this, Congress must continue to rule for the next 20 years, he said.

He said the launch of Rs 126 billion plans aimed at enhancing tribal communities through solar farming, avocado cultivation and interstellar support. Announced strict implementation of the Naramara Declaration, and he announced the results in all tribal areas within four years.

He further said that on June 2, under the self-employed plan of Rajiv Yuva Vikasam, Rs 1,000 crore will be approved for tribal youth to support their entrepreneurial aspirations.

The Telangana government has recognized and vested rights to cover 669,000 acres of 2,30,735 planned tribes under the 2006 ROFR Act.

St Farmers, who hold ROFR land, will receive a 100% grant through drip irrigation and gardening plantations under a special program. The program is under implementation for five years, beginning with integration with forests, energy, PR&RD, RWS, RWS, groundwater and horticulture sectors starting from 2025-26 to 2029-30.

In 2025-26, 10,000 farmers will benefit from a 6 billion rupees budget of 27,184 acres. In 2026-27, 50,000 farmers will benefit, covering an area of ​​143,204 acres with a budget of Rs 30,000 crore. In 2027-28, an additional 50,000 farmers will benefit from the 30,000 crore budget of 1,43,204 acres. In 2028-29, 50,000 farmers will benefit from 1,43,204 acres of land in 2029-30 with a budget of Rs 3,000 crore, and another 50,000 farmers will benefit the budget of Rs 3,000 crore covering 1,43,204 acres.
