Sikandar may have big names in the industry – Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandanna, Ar Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala; however, the film will not be able to beat Bhaijaan’s last film Tiger 3.
Salman Khan-Starrer Sikandar will be released on Sunday, March 30. The movie is also very important to the box office and Bhaijaan. Sikandar marks Khan’s first collaboration with Ghajini director Ar Murugadoss, which itself makes it the most anticipated film of the year. But despite the well-known figures in the industry, bookings for movies are “not up to mark.”

Does Sikandar have a chance to grow?
Both Komal and Ramesh said that Sikandar has full potential, depending on word of mouth. “On-site booking of existing bookings ke wajah se movie ki opens Achi Hogi. There is an instance where the current bookings are large, which marks a good start for the film.” Ramesh also added: “If the word of mouth is positive, the film will certainly grow in a week.”
Sikandar’s estimate on the first day?
Both trade experts confirmed that Sikenda is expected to open between Rs 30-40 crore. Ramesh added that the South is expected to contribute 20% of its domestic collection, and despite Rashmika, Murugadoss, the film will still earn about Rs 10 crore in the South. Komal on the other side found that comparing Sikandar to Tiger 3 was unfair, but said the film would be open for Rs 3 billion. For Salman’s final release, Tiger 3 received Rs 46 crore on the first day, which became the biggest opening of his career.
