Tomcom signed with MOUS of Japanese agency to promote the work of Telangana youth

Hyderabad: In a significant development in enhancing global employment opportunities for Telangana young people, Telangana Overseas Human Resources Co., Ltd. (TOMCOM) is a state-owned organization under labor, employment, training and factories
The Memorandum of Understanding signed with Tern (TGUK Technologies Private Limited) and Raj Group during the official visit of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in Japan.
The collaboration aims to promote the recruitment of skilled professionals from Telangana to meet the growing labor demand in several high-demand areas in Japan.
Tern Group and its regional offices in Shinagawa District, Tokyo specialize in international recruitment in the fields of Japanese software, engineering and designated skilled workers (SSW).
Raj Group, in partnership with Tsukui Corporation Limited, Japan’s leading nursing employer, has been working with Tomcom to train and recruit nursing staff, and in partnership with the new memorandum of understanding, which will extend the collaboration to the non-health sector.
The two Japanese employers jointly stated in the next two years that approximately 500 job openings are required in the next two years of the following departments – healthcare (200 positions), engineering (automotive, machinery, computer science/information technology) (100 positions), hotel (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions) and construction (including civil engineering, construction engineering, construction engineering, basic construction engineering, equipment, equipment processing and maintenance) (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions) (100 positions).
This initiative is Tomcom’s broader mission to diversify international employment opportunities for young people in Telangana. It is closely aligned with the priorities of the Telangana government to promote global workforce mobility and enable young professionals to receive international career opportunities.
