National Pioneer PMLA Case: Delhi Court issues notice to Sonia Gandhi of Rahul

The Delhi Court issued a notice to Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi on Friday (2 May 2025) in the State Pioneer Money Laundering Case.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne said their “right to be heard” was provided when admitting the fees. “At any stage, at any stage, you can breathe life,” the judge said in his release on May 8.

The emergency room recently submitted a fee form, which began its investigation in 2021 after the Magistrates Court recognized a private complaint filed on June 26, 2014 by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.

Ed said the complaint highlighted the “criminal conspiracy” of several prominent politicians, including the first family led by Sonia, her Congressional Party, her MP Rahul, late Congressional leaders Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes and Oscar Fernandes, in addition to the alleged monetized currency range of Dubey, Pitroda and a private company, which were involved in the currency range of a family that was suspected of engaging in the money supply. Congress leaders Sonia and Rahul are the majority shareholders of the young Indians, each holding 38% of the shares. A few years ago, in this case, the emergency room questioned them for hours.
