Although Sikandar has been commented by critics and audiences, Salman Khan is still very popular. The film responded differently, surpriseing everyone by making everyone earn over Rs 8.5 crore in three days. Now, it has become his 18th film, over Rs 1,000 crore.
A video of Salman Khan’s interview is spreading, and he talks about Bollywood’s support. In an interview with the Bollywood Bubble, the host said that Salman mostly ignored Sikandar when promoting his friend’s movies. “Maybe they don’t think I need their support,” Salman replied, adding, “Everyone needs support, including me.”
Salman then spoke about the recent and upcoming films, showing support for his cast. He mentioned Sunny Deol’s action film Jaat, which was released on April 10, 2025. He also talked about Malayalam Hit L2: Empuraan, starring Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran, the film released two days before Sikandar and has already broken the record.
Sikandar fell 30% on Tuesday, earning Rs 1.95 crore in India. The collection volume on the fourth day dropped further by 50%. According to early estimates from Sacnilk, the film received Rs 9.75 crore on Wednesday, with its four-day total in India reaching Rs 8,425 crore.
The action thriller starring Rashmika Mandanna is one of the most anticipated Hindi films of 2025, but failed to impress critics and audiences. After Game 3, Radhe and Kisi Ka bhai Kisi Ki Jaan are Sikandar, another Eid release from Salman Khan, disappointing his fans.
