Neeraj Chopra finally hit the elusive 90m mark with a 90.23m shot, but on Friday the Doha leg of the famous Diamond League Meeting series, second only to Germany’s Julian Webber in a dramatic men’s javelin match. Webber turned the table around and ranked first with his last ball, with a size of 91.06m. The 27-year-old double Olympic medalist Indian sent 90.23 million spears in his third attempt to join the Javelin Thrower, led by his current coach, Czech Jan Zelezny, who recorded over 90 M efforts. He became the third place in Asia and 25th place to achieve this feat.
