Neet-ug 2025 Stay Smoothly on Telangana

Hyderabad: Thousands of aspiring medical students across the state took UG-2025 for the National Qualifications and Admissions Examination (NEET). The examination was conducted under strict safety measures and no incidents occurred.
However, at the Ottomanian University Center for Science and Mathematics, two students were not allowed to enter when they arrived after the gate. A student was assigned to a centre in Kanchanbagh and went to the RCI school in Balapur by mistake. Police officers attending the center immediately took her to the right center.
Students and subject experts say that the overall paper is difficult, while physics has long and difficult problems, and chemistry and biology are controllable. “I tried physics and couldn't manage time,” said A. Rishika. For Kalpana Gaharwar, biology papers became good, chemistry was feasible, physics was difficult and tricky. “Studying the NCERT syllabus helped me answer all the questions,” she said.
Namratha M. felt frustrated and felt unfamiliar with some topics. She is waiting for the official key.
Experts say the scores in physics are likely to be the decisive factor. Of the 180 points, 50 were considered a good score.
V. Purushotham Rao is a chemistry school saying, “In chemistry, four to five questions go beyond the NCERT level. Out of 45 questions, 25 are easy, 10 moderate and 10 tough. Scores of 120 and above are good.” For biology (botany and zoology), 300 and above are a good score.
B. Rama Krishna, NEET coordinator at a private university, said: “This year, the newspaper is longer, harder, and has advanced problems. Students spend more time understanding and trying them.”
Police personnel made arrangements to ensure that all candidates arrived at the examination center in a timely manner. North District Transport ACP Shankar Rao said personnel have been deployed in 11 centers in the jurisdiction, with 5,520 candidates taking the exam. A temporary “no stop” area has been ensured so that students can drive to the center.
Earlier, the exam was conducted from 2pm to 5pm, and at 190 centres, the gates were closed. Students began to arrive at the test center as early as possible to avoid the last moments of registration and biometric verification centers.
In many cases, parents accompany their children, provide lasting support and confidence, and wait outside the gate for their return. Students are allowed to carry only photos of admission cards, ID certificates and passport sizes. The state health department has appointed node officials and ambulances, and the medical team remains on standby.
The National Testing Agency has appointed observers and chief directors of the center. NEET-UG is held for admission to MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Ayush, Veterinary and Medicine and Assisted Teaching Courses.
