New charges against real estate brothers in sex trafficking case

NEW YORK (AP) – Additional sex trafficking charges were filed in New York court Thursday Two luxury real estate agents and their brothers.
The allegations are included in a rewrite indictment by federal prosecutors against Oren Alexander, Tall Alexander and Aaron Alexander.
The three brothers were not released on bail after prosecutors in Manhattan claimed they spoke to more than 60 people who claimed they were raped by at least one brother.
Oren Alexander and Tal Alexander have been accused of using the wealth and influence they have accumulated when selling high-end properties in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles to make it possible to rape and sexually abuse women from 2002 to 2021.
There is no date for the immediate arraignment of these people. They had pleaded not guilty before.
Replacement indictment filed five new charges Thursday related to four alleged victims, including a woman underage at the time of the crime.
Attorney Richard Klugh said in an email, “As with the government’s first two factual and legally unfounded efforts, the new charges only show prosecutors’ excessiveness.
