New porn writer drummer accused of possessing child pornography

According to US police
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday that the evidence involved two incidents in Joe Seiders, 44. On April 7, an 11-year-old boy reported that a man tried to record him on his cell phone in the bathroom at a Chick-Fil-A fast food restaurant.
Two days later, officials said they received a report from an employee of the same restaurant that said a man “entered and left the teenage male and exited the bathroom.”
Police said officers arrived at the restaurant and identified the man as seiders.
Police then continued their investigations, providing search warrants for musicians’ homes, vehicles and cell phones.
“There is evidence that he involved him in the two reported incidents, as well as other crimes, including possession of child pornography,” police said.
Prison records show that Seiders are currently in prison and faces allegations of possessing child pornography, annoying/harassment of children, privacy violations and attempted privacy violations.
His bail is set at $1 million and he should be in court next week.
“Everyone in the band was shocked, feared and devastated by the news of the alleged charges,” a statement from the new porn writer’s Instagram account said. The band said “cut off all contact with him immediately.”
