During its argument, the NIA sought 20 days of RANA custody and cited CINCHCHING COVID-19, including emails, and required a custody trial to uncover the conspiracy. The NIA also argued that Rana had committed terror-related criminal conspiracies with other conspirators and needed his interrogation to unearth a larger conspiracy and other players evading censorship.

After a medical examination consistent with the airport’s standard protocol, the 64-year-old Mumbai attack planner was moved into a “prison van” and brought to the Special NIA Court in the Patiara House Court Building, accompanied by heavy armored escorts, accompanied by Elite NSG commandos and produced under 10.30 PM Special Judge Chander Jit Singh. At Patiala House Court, senior advocate Dayan Krishnan and special prosecutor Narender Mann represent the NIA. Lana is represented by Piyush Sachdeva, a lawyer at the Delhi Legal Services Bureau.

Before the Rana was produced in court, police asked the media to leave the venue and ensure that the venue was completely vacant, while large-scale security arrangements were made in court.

The NIA seeks custody to uncover a larger plot involving the deadly 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attacks and face him with evidence collected so far by the counter-terrorism investigative agencies.

In addition to Detective Nia, a team from several secret agencies will join the interrogation of international terrorist operators to discover how Pakistan’s hostile institutions and groups operate and to fill gaps, if any, to ensure the country’s security equipment.

Shortly after Rana landed in Delhi, the state of Nia said in a statement that it had achieved successful extradition after years of ongoing efforts to bring the main conspirators who claimed 166 lives in 2008.

“After years of continuous and consistent efforts, the NIA has continued his extradition after the final efforts of terror planning. “Basically in Chicago (USA), he was shortly after he left the plane shortly after completing all the necessary legal formalities,” Nia said in a statement. ”

The NIA said that the extradition of Rana is possible through coordinated efforts by the Foreign and Interior Department and the coordinated efforts of relevant U.S. authorities. The agency added that it worked closely with other Indian intelligence agencies through the entire extradition process, “which marks an important step forward in India’s efforts to bring individuals involved in terrorism to justice, regardless of what part of the world they escaped.”

Sources say Lana’s interrogation is likely to be in the role of Pakistani state actors in the role of Pakistani state actors, where 166 people live in the Mumbai terrorist attacks. Investigators also hope to find some important potential clients on trips to certain parts of northern India and southern India just days before the country’s financial capital massacre in November 2008.

It is reported that between November 13 and November 21, 2008, Rana visited Hapur and Agra in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Kochi and Mumbai with his wife Samraz Rana Akhtar. The source said the attacks aimed at targeting his views on these places were targeted only elsewhere in these places, only within the scope of these places, only within the scope of these places, and after the exact scope, the interfaces determined were determined.

Only 12 members related to the investigation will have access to Rana’s cell. These include DG Nia Sadanand Date, IG Ashish Batra, Dig Jaya Roy. If others want to visit, they will need prior permission.

During the interrogation, RANA will be presented with key evidence related to the 26/11 Mumbai attack, including recorded voice samples, photos, videos and case-related emails. The material, collected from the investigation, is expected to reveal Lana’s involvement in Pakistani terrorist David Coleman Headley and his ties to the Pakistan Army-Islamic International Federation and its proxy terrorist organizations.

“Lana will definitely be convicted in the country and may be sentenced to death for his involvement in Dastardly terrorist acts. He was the man who set up an immigration office (his company) in Mumbai and got a job in Headley, then he got a visa, then he got a visa, came to India to come to India’s cover. Hadley told him.

Rana, considered a key figure in the 26/11 conspiracy, will also be urged to details about his interaction with Pakistani terrorist Sajid Mir, who reportedly reconnaissed targets in India, ahead of the Mumbai attack. The NIA is accused of facilitating attacks by using immigration consulting businesses as a frontline. The reconnaissance was conducted by Headley, currently in U.S. prisons.

“Lana is accused of conducting with Headley and agents of designated terrorist groups, Lashkar-e-tayyaba (Let) and Harkat-ul-Jihadi Islami (Huji), as well as other accomplices in Pakistan and the devastating terrorist attacks in Mumbai in 2008.”

Investigators are particularly eager to extract actions behind extensive communication between Lana and Headley, who visited India several times between 2006 and 2008, further revealing the consistent link between the terrorist network and the Pakistani state.

On September 14, 2006, during his first visit to India for reconnaissance, Headley called Rana more than 232 times during eight visits. According to Nia Dossier shared with U.S. authorities, Lana is a Pakistani national who worked as a doctor in the Pakistani military and Nia Dossier, who he shared with U.S. authorities, said she worked closely with Headley, one of the main masterminds of the 26/11 attacks.
