Nitish’s hands over Rs 5 million checks to relatives of BSF BSF Deputy Inspector, pledging to work for son’s government
Bihar: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday provided funds to the family of BSF Deputy Inspector Mohammed Imtiaz, who opened fire along the international border between Jamu and Kashmir in Pakistan.
A senior official said the state government also promised to work for Imtiaz’s son and announced that it would establish a health center in the village of Narayanpur in the Saran district. The fallen BSF deputy inspector praised from that village.
He said a road in the village would be named after him and the government would establish a permanent memorial for the deputy inspector of BSF in the area.
CM provided financial assistance to the immediate family of the martyrs with Rs 5 million truce as financial aid. CM also assured the government’s work to Mohammed Imtiaz Ji’s youngest son. Development Commissioner Pratyaya Amrit said he accompanied Kumar to the village development commissioner Pratyaya Amrit.
Amrit said the government is providing financial assistance to families, which is respect for the highest sacrifice he has made for the country.
He added that the Chief Minister reiterated the state’s commitment to help the families of soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Kumar is also accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, Ministers Zama Khan and Sumit Kumar Singh, Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena and Police Chief Vinay Kumar.
Earlier in the day, RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav also met with Imtiaz’s family members.
Yadav said the state and Bihar were proud of his sacrifice and hardship. It is precisely because of such brave martyrs that we are safe today. This country will always remember their sacrifice. The state government must provide all assistance to the family of Imtiaj Sahab. In addition, financial and other assistance is provided, the authorities must provide gasoline pumps for his family. ”
He said his father, Lalu Prasad, also wanted to come to meet his family because he was in poor health.
The delegation of the liberation of the Communist Party of India led by the MLA Satya Dev party also visited the village of Narayanpur and met families of relatives.
