Nizamabad: The traffic authorities in Nizamabad issued a stern warning to private car owners who were found using sirens without proper authorization. Transportation Assistant Commissioner Narayana said many private cars in the area illegally activated the sirens, causing inconvenience to the public.
“The use of siren is strictly regulated, and if there is no necessary permit and qualification, such actions undermine normal traffic operations and disturb citizens,” he said.
The Commissioner stressed that legal proceedings will be taken against criminals and that appropriate provisions will be made for seizure of vehicles as a fine for such violations.
