D Gukesh, Viswanathan Anand’s dance moves to Bollywood songs at Vidit Gujrathi’s wedding, which will make you happy, watch

Indian Chess Grandma is known for her keen strategy on the board, but they prove that they can impress the board too! Five-time world champion Viswanathan Anand and current world champion D Gukesh were surprised with dance moves at the wedding of fellow Vidit Gujrathi.
Vidit tied up with Nidhi Kataria on April 2, and the celebration saw prominent figures from the Indian Chess Brotherhood, including Anand, Gukesh, Gukesh, Arjun Erigaisi, R Praggnanandhaa, and even the Dutch grandmother Anish Giri, his wife, international master Sopiko Guramishvili.
The wedding video spread, showing Anand and Gukesh dancing among Bollywood hits, in awe of fans. In another clip, Gukesh was seen seeing Hindi pop songs when joining Giri and Sopiko, which made it an interesting intercultural moment.

Gukesh became the youngest world chess champion in history after defeating Ding Liren in December 2024. But his domination has not been without challenges as Magnus Carlsen and other top players criticized his gameplay.
In a speech to Times of India, Gukesh explained the negative emotions, saying, “When you reach the world championship, criticism is inevitable. People are free to say what they want. I focus on my work and negative comments only motivate me.”
Gukesh is currently ranked 3rd, while Arjun Erigaisi, now ranked 4th, will compete on the Paris track of the Freestyle Chess Grand Slam Tour from April 7 to 14. The championship will also be part of Anand, Gujrathi, Gujrathi, Praggnanandhaa, Carlsen, Carlsen, Hikikaru Nakamura, Hikikaru Nakamura and Vincent Keymerser and Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent & Vincent and Venymerr.
