Speaking at the Review of Investigation Progress Meeting of the Office of Deputy Commissioner Mandia, he stressed that investigations must be conducted in a fair manner and that enumerators should act patiently with the public. Such investigations are essential to ensure the provision of facilities and services and must be conducted with accuracy and responsibility.
He directed officials to verify whether all enumerators in the area received proper training. For those absent on the scheduled training day, it should be confirmed that they have received follow-up training. Nodal officials must ensure that all enumerators are properly trained.
During the meeting, it was noted that the city of Mandia’s investigation was lagging behind compared to other Taluks. Of the 11,357 regular caste families, only 7,389 surveyed were only 65.1%. The official directed municipal commissioner Tahsildar and zoning officials to take special measures to complete the remaining investigation within two days.
Deputy Commissioner Kumar informed the meeting that the Mandia region is currently ranked fourth in the ongoing investigation. There are 1,823 polling stations in the region and 2,036 enumerators are deployed. A total of 179 supervisors were appointed. A dedicated WhatsApp team was created specifically for enumerators, supervisors and Nodal officials and directed them to upload their participating images.
