Indian security officials confirmed on Saturday (May 10, 2025) that they were eliminated in a precise strike on the terrorist facility of Operation Sandir on 7 May 2025 in retaliation for the terrorist attacks in Pahalgam on April 22, the 25 Indians and one Nepali Citizen were killed.

Targeted terrorists include Bahawalpur (Jaish-e-Mohammad (Jem) stronghold) and Muridke (Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let) base). The operation targets key figures in the designated terrorist groups Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM).

Among those killed, Mudassar Khadian was awarded the honorary guard at a funeral attended by senior Pakistani military leaders, including a serving lieutenant general. It is reported that Pakistan Army Director and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has sent a garland.

Two brothers of JEM founder Maulana Masood Azhar were also eliminated – Hafiz Muhammad Jameel and Mohammad Yusuf Azhar, who managed the radical indoctrination operations, wanted the 1999 IC-814 IC-814 aircraft hijacking.

Let Commander Kalid be killed in the same operation. Officials confirmed that senior Pakistan Army officials and local government representatives attended his funeral in Fasarabad.

According to government officials, the fifth casualty was Mohammad Hassan Khan of Jem, the son of the group’s operational commander in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, and reportedly carried out many attacks in Jamu & Kashmir.
