Olly Murs shocked fans by showing his incredible physical transformation after months of preparing for work after getting on the road.
The singer has been working hard in the gym for his next tour Olly Murs: 15 Years Hot Songs – Live 2025, before taking the stage, launching his new tune to his 4.8 million followers on social media.
Previously speaking about his tour (April 24) kicking off at Plymouth, the former X-factor finalist said: “Celebrating 15 incredible years, doing what I love the most will be really special.
“There is no doubt that the pranks and dramas will be free-flowing, but most importantly, it will be a great night for fans and I can’t wait.”
Olly entered Instagram on Monday (April 21), revealing that the preparations for the tour went beyond his voice as he put on many snapshots that indicate an impressive change in his tear-out physique in recent months.
He also came to his main Instagram Gird with a video where he sweats in the gym, performs pull-ups, boxing, cycling and lifts weights.
Olly took off his T-shirt and proudly had belly tones and raised biceps, looking much more “chopped” than he did 12 weeks ago. Olly wrote along with the post: “The tour starts Thursday…I’m so happy.”
His nutritionist Greg also posted Olly’s progressive side by side, capturing his pre-body training program and after three months of healthy diet and “discipline.”
The title of the side-by-side image shared by experts: ’12 weeks to chop and pump! ! Working with @ollymurs, super talented, but so disciplined in every aspect of his life, it was an honor. It was a great journey and we cheered him on the tour while we were entertaining the world while we were cheering him on. [sic]. ”
Greg bent his obvious muscle bending again while working out, adding: “Pump and get ready to go!!! Who said you don’t look good at 40!!!!!!!!!!!!
Olly’s wife Amelia also showed her support by announcing her second child on Good Friday. She reintroduces her husband’s video to her Instagram story and flocks to: “My husband and father to my baby,” a string of emojis, including flames.
The bodybuilder went on to write: “When he told me he was going to be in his best shape on this trip, he wasn’t wrong yet!!
Amelia added: “Be proud of you, dear, can’t wait to see you do the best [mic and person dancing emojis] It looks like something from men’s health magazine. ”
After Olly and Amelia announced that they were expecting second place babies. The 40-year-old pop star has been married to 32-year-old Amelia Tank since 2023 and has been with Madison, who is 12 months old.
The couple then began to enter social media on the Easter weekend of Good Friday (April 18) to reveal that they are now looking forward to another child.
Outside the black and white videos of Amelia and Madison, Olly wrote on Instagram: “We are so egg sharing. [bottle emoji] [baby emoji]. ”
In the video, Olly and Amelia are heading towards the camera, Madison sits on her father’s shoulders, wearing a denim jacket embroidered with “big tin.” Amelia carries a baby scan photo in her free hands, while Cass Elliot’s classic “Baby I Am Your You” is broadcast in the background.
