One person was killed and 10 injured in a grenade attack on pro-military gathering in Pakistan

Police and hospital officials said a motorbike militants threw grenades at participants in a pro-military rally in southwestern Pakistan on Wednesday, killing at least one person and injuring 10 people.
Local police chief Mohammad Malghani said the attack took place in Quetta.
He said about 150 people, in cars and motorcycles, were heading to the city’s hockey stadium to conduct government-organized events to celebrate the military’s recent retaliatory strike in India, when the man threw grenades at them.
Civil hospital spokesman Wasim Baig said at least two injured people were in critical condition.
No group immediately claimed responsibility, but suspected it was likely to fall into the forces of the separatist group Baloch Liberation, which had been in a year-long rebellion in the province.
Pro-armed rallies have been held in Pakistan since Sunday, when the U.S. ceasefires between Pakistan and India that have been involved in one of their worst confrontations in decades.
